1. Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
- Ripe banana (1)
- Peanut butter (1 tbsp)
- Milk (1 cup)
- Honey (1 tsp)
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Serve chilled as a refreshing drink.
2. Sweet Potato Chips
Ingredients:
- Sweet potatoes (2, thinly sliced)
- Olive oil (2 tbsp)
- Salt and Red Chilli Powder (to taste)
Instructions:
Toss sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, and red chilli powder.
Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes or until crisp.
3. Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients:
- Flour (4 tbsp)
- Sugar (2 tbsp)
- Cocoa powder (2 tbsp)
- Milk (3 tbsp)
- Oil (1 tbsp)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a microwave-safe mug.
Microwave for 1-2 minutes. Let it cool slightly before enjoying.
4. Til Ladoos (Sesame Sweet Balls)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 3/4 cup jaggery (grated)
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp elaichi powder
Instructions:
Dry roast sesame seeds in a pan over low flame until they turn golden and aromatic. Set aside to cool.
Heat ghee in the same pan and add grated jaggery. Stir on low heat until the jaggery melts.
Add elaichi powder and roasted sesame seeds to the melted jaggery. Mix well.
Let the mixture cool slightly, then grease your palms with ghee and shape into small ladoos.
Store in an airtight container and enjoy this warm, energy-packed winter treat.
