Based on founder’s trials and tribulations of success, failure and success again, her interaction and engagement with diverse learners, expat spouses, students and institutions over these years, and her core interest in inspirational learning, led her to create ‘Nirmiti’.

Nirmiti Academy's Approach

Unique methodology has been developed after running countless interactions and engagements with diverse learners of over 700 students, homemakers, teachers, entrepreneurs, professionals and academic and cultural institutions.

The learning journey starts with analysis even before Phase I, where your needs are defined and awareness is built, program is designed and delivered in Phase I, pratical learning in Phase II and finally assessd in Phase III, followed by ongoing learning support through Follow-up phase. Our trainings not only cover the external aspects of an individual’s personality, but it also smoothly transitions into the passive conscious and real-time to bring about an overall transformational change in an individual.

Let's Meet the Director & Founder Dipti Deepak

Dipti Deepak, a Founder Director of Nirmiti Academy, is an internationally certified Facilitator, Coach and Speaker, conducting inspirational and life-transforming programs for individuals and organisations, since 2007. She is adept in facilitating varied Soft Skills programs; her forte lies in areas of Personality Development, Campus to Corporate Culture, Teaching English, Business Communication and Coaching for individuals, students, Homemakers, institutions and Corporates.

Set up in January 2017, Dipti founded Nirmiti Academy with an objective to provide wholesome learning solutions to common leaders from all walks of life. Over last 2.5 years, she has acted as a true catalyst and provided several Soft Skills, Personality Development, Managerial Effectiveness, Business Communication, Spoken English programs and Seminars for over 700 students.

As a Chief Facilitator, she has transformed more than 130 individual contributors - Students, Professionals, Entrepreneurs at Nirmiti Academy's Professional Training Centre, Thane from varied sectors, Manufacturing, Teaching, Pharma, IT and ITES, Marketing and Sales, Chartered Accountancy, Startups, Exports, Construction, Banking, Insurance and more. She has mentored diverse students and transitioned them from Campus to Corporate culture from BN Bandodkar College of Science, Muchhala Polytechnic, KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, SmiRA Academy of Beauty and Cosmetology, IES Management College, Mumbai, and VN Bedekar Institute of Management Studies, Thane.
