Covid: 100 containment zones in Thane

(UNI) District collector Rajesh Narvekar on Wednesday said that they have identified around 100 containment zones in the entire district to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

These zones have been sealed for movement of citizens and vehicles, he added and appealed the citizens of the district to follow strictly the lockdown instructions and maintain social distancing.

Similarly, city Mayor Naresh Mhaske today wrote to the Municipal commissioner Vijay Singhal and asked the civic corporation to take the responsibility of treatment of the COVID19 patients who are below the poverty line. Please log in to get detailed story.
