Workshop on National Children’s Science Congress held

THANE : As many as 60 young science enthusiasts from various city-based schools discussed the need to embrace practical approach to learning science in a bid to make it more engaging and effective for the GenNext.
The incorporation of practical curriculam will increase children’s outlook towards the subject and improve their understanding of science, according to students who had gathered for the orientation session on National Children’s Science Congress (NCSC).
The three-hour lecture was organized by Jidnyasa trust which is the co-coordinating agency to represent Maharashtra at NCSC to be held in December. Every year, NCSC has a different focal theme. This year, it is Science, Technology and Innovation for a clean, green and healthy nation.
